The Wajer Launch Comfort 8 meter is a double hull fiberglass boat. As with our 7 meter Wajer Launch, the comfortable seats, a very quirt engine, reduced maintenance and many practical items have been the basis for this design. The boat is not only suitable for day trips, but also for several day’s cruising.

The 8 meter Wajer Launch has practical divided storage space. Under the lengthened sprayhood, is ample sitting room. However the boat can also be equipped with a removable cabin. This unique option gives the possibility to combine the advantages of an open launch with a cabin launch.

Cruising in an open boat is the ultimate pleasure. Nevertheless a cabin is more practical when making longer cruises. The Wajer Launch Comfort 8 meter combines the best of both designs. The cabin is removable. A day trip in nice weather? You simply leave the cabin at home!!!

As in the boat with cabin, the complete open version can be equipped with toilet, little refrigerator, ceramic stove, heater and sink. Further practical drawers are available for the storage of provisions and kitchen utensils. Of course this boat can also be provided with the same floor heating as the 7 m Comfort.

The boat has perfect and ergonomic well built aft seats. Very functional and adjustable steering position. With this invention it is possible to stand at the wheel but also you can sit down and pull the wheel towards you and steer in a relaxed position with a good support in your back.

We have given much attention to storage space. By the long afterdeck which is in harmony with the line of the boat, there is much storage space where you can even take two folding bicycles. Also after the back cushions three lockers are made for smaller gear. Many boat owners like to have an easily made sun deck and/or sleeping space. The Comfort type has been equipped with this. Even the toilet can be used when the bed is ready made up.

Sitting well and sailing with hardly any noise is very important with a good boat. The “Wajer Launch” is regularly praised by journalists for the supreme silent run of the engine. Equipped with the very quiet 3 cylinder Volvo diesel engine and the heavy wooden engine foundation in combination with the standard built-in homokinetic coupling with axial bearing and the efficient soundproofing the “Wajer Launch” Comfort 8 m is an unbelievably silent boat.
